Training establishment required training to upskill its staff to deliver working at height training to the wind industry.

Project Points -

  • Liaise with managers to understand the requirements of the training team to be upskilled
  • Look at training venue so a tailored package of training can be delivered
  • Develop the training package
  • Delivered a course based around working at height and rescue for the wind industry including specific knowledge of wind turbine layout, component locations and names.
  • Feedback collated from course delegates and passed to the site management team. In addition to this, individual feedback was issued to the company for each participant.
